The Supreme Court of Sierra Leone has today approved or endorsed the Proportional Representation system of voting for the next general election scheduled for June 24th this year.
The main opposition party, the All Peoples Congress (APC) strongly opposed it and took the matter to the Supreme Court, the highest legal entity in the country.
