Death has laid his icy hand on Joseph Palmer, commonly known as Joe Palmer, a student of the Sierra Leone Law School.

Joe (photo) returned to Sierra Leone after many decades in the UK where he studied law but decided to spend the rest of his life back home.

He enrolled at the Sierra Leone Law School to take his Bar Exam, which is a prerequisite determining the legibility to practice in the courts of Sierra Leone. He was a quiet, unassuming man who mingled with every body at the school.

He has been remembered for being very studious, but on May 26, this year, fatality struck and Joe Palmer passed away. He has gone to eternity. His death sent shock waves into the spines of everyone as he had been observed to be hail and hearty at school before death snatched him away.

He has been sadly missed by colleagues and all those who knew him.
