The former Chairman of the NASSIT Board, Yeabu M.D Kamara, has been convicted on four counts of Corruption Offenses in the NASSIT-SISIMI case.
She was on trial with the former Director-General, Joseph Sedu Mans, who died before judgement was delivered.
On the same note, the former Deputy Director-General & Co. are currently paying over Le1.5 Billion in non-conviction based asset recovery after earlier settlement with the ACC, thereby solidifying an all-round win.
