On International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women ( today November 25), His Excellency Lansana Gberie, Ambassador of Sierra Leone to Switzerland (centre in photo) met with the Deputy Permanent Representative of Costa Rica to Switzerland and Acting Head of Mission, Ambassador Shara Duncan, and Her Excellency Empole Efambe, Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Congo to Switzerland.
They are part of the Core Group of Friends calling for a new global treaty to end violence against women.
