On Friday, a group of Aid Pioneers made their way on a flight to Sierra Leone, where they’ll be spending the next 10 days.
The purpose of the trip is multi-faceted: Aid Pioneers aim to get to know the country and its inhabitants better, in order to understand fully how they can come up with the most sustainable and effective cooperation with local NGOs and institutions. Another important item on their team’s agenda is to visit hospitals around Sierra Leone to expand their network to enhance their medical procurement program.
During their stay Aid Pioneers are also scouting for any potential NGOs who focus on medical procurement, education, menstrual hygiene to create a new program and increase their cooperation with locals, to support their mission in which ever way most suitable.
