London Mining announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Rachel Rhodes (photo), has informed the Board that after over five years in the role, she will be stepping down due to personal reasons.
Benjamin Lee, an executive board director since 2011 and Head of Corporate Development since 2009, is appointed Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect in accordance with the company’s succession policy. Rachel has agreed to remain available until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition of her duties.
Graeme Hossie, CEO, said “We wish to thank Rachel for her tireless contribution to the company’s development over the last 5 years and wish her every success in her future.”
Rachel Rhodes said "I am proud to have been part of the team that has delivered so much, in particular in Sierra Leone, and I wish London Mining all the success in the future."
